Every product has a part number and a spec sheet. The status tells you honestly where it stands: live, in use by ourselves, in pilot, as a prototype or still in design. Some of it you can use today. For the rest, you can ask for a demo or join as a pilot customer.
Kodawari builds software that another team can take over.
AI produces software far faster than before. What it hasn't solved is what happens after the demo. Most AI tools deliver a prototype, a screen or a single function. Business software still has to hold together three years on, pass a security review and be maintainable by a team that wasn't there when it was built.
Kodawari is our platform for that gap. More than 25 specialised agents work in connected pipelines, from domain analysis and architecture to front-end, back-end, database, integrations, tests and documentation. An orchestration layer keeps their work aligned with the architecture and with each other. If the front-end calls an endpoint the back-end never built, the pipeline catches it straight away. Otherwise a developer finds it three weeks later in a code review.

The idea becomes structured product intent: purpose, users, workflows and technical context. We treat the opening prompt as a starting point, because it nearly always misses something important.
Discovery and preview
Domain, architecture and design agents turn vague requirements into concrete questions and proposals. Then comes a high-fidelity preview, so you see the solution before anything is built.
Plan and build proposal
Architecture, data model, integrations, dependencies, scope and a cost estimate. Large-scale generation only starts once you approve.
Orchestrated build
Agents build every layer. Quality gates check architecture, maintainability, security and test coverage; whatever fails goes back to the agent. That takes hours, sometimes days, and that's intentional.
Completion and hardening
Developers validate the output, resolve edge cases and difficult integrations, and go through the security-sensitive parts. What they find goes back into the pipelines.
Delivery and handover
Source code, tests, documentation, deployment configuration and handover instructions in the agreed stack. Another team can carry on without us.

NeuroTechForge comes out of a company that has been building and delivering software for more than thirty years.
We work with large organisations in two ways. We develop software and products ourselves, and our engineers work inside our clients' development teams.
That second part taught us more than you'd expect. We've spent years inheriting other people's code, maintaining systems we didn't write and working out why someone made a choice three architectures ago. So we know what a good handover needs.
We started Kodawari because we could see what generative AI was going to do to our own trade. We'd rather build that change than wait for it.
